Well, I guess my original thread was deleted.. I corrected the aspect ratio and color profile, though, as well as resize the images for quicker download.

PYAASA

YKHRH

Summary

AUDIO: Both movies encoded with Dolby Digital 5.1 @ 384 kbps. Pyasa sounds better than YKHRH.

VIDEO: Both around 3.4 Mbps, while songs for both average around 10 Mbps.

Hasan - big, big apology from me, I accidentally deleted the thread when I was meant to delete a post with profanity in. So sorry for my blunder :stupid: Post on this thread what ever was on the other.

Anyway what I remember posting in that thread was that this 2in1 DVD is anamorphic. Plus the ones I've seen are all dual layered discs. Obviously these are copied from 'original' DVDs retaining the exact menu structure and DD 5.1 audio. Video has lower bit for obviously reasons. Buy many of these 'originals', like Road from Media Partners has a constant/fixed (wasted) bit rate where these 2in1 DVD aggressive variable bit rate - same concept as VBR as Mp3s. On small screen you can hardly tell the different between them, on bigger screens you'll notice more pixilation from lower bit rate 2in1 DVDs.

Ali, no problem yaar. I thought maybe since my caps weren't in correct aspect ratio, you got pissed off and ripped the thread out! :laugh: I didn't know anyone cursed on the other thread... what was said? Was it a rebuttal to anyone? Now I am curious!

Yeah, the video quality on these discs are good considering the amount of video. However, on this particular one, I would have expected a higher bitrate, since these were short movies (2 hours each). I found the sound on Pyaasa to be significantly better than that of YKHRH.

Hasan

Have you noticed the lengths of some of the bigger movies:

K3G = 3hrs 30mins+
Mohabbetein = 3hrs 30mins
Lagaan = 3hrs 40mins+

I cant remember if the originals were this long or because of the way the DVD is created it is showing this length. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Suprisingly pretty damn good!!!

The times, yeah they are accurate I just checked the Zulm.net review...The menus though are not moving, they are original menus, ie.K3G which has moving song menus is a frozen still. They needed every bit of space I guess. I also have DTPH/KKHH and they are also amazing!
