Try http://www.cdguru.com UK site(not the US one).. it may be a little pricey when converted to US $ but the postage is pretty reasonable and it works out quite good.
However you may be able to get it from indiaweekly for cheaper. Just phone them or e-mail them asking for the spark version.
As arsh says a definite must have..one of the best indian dvd's available!!!
