Is supposedly the picture that is there on the Shemaroo Web site...

This is the version selling at Indiaweekly and I have a lurking suscpicion that it is a Pirate..

Please beware when you buy this "Pirated" version of this really lovely film of the 1970s ... However If someone does indeed buys this film, please do post your opinion about it. The opening Shemaroo Credits should appear at the beginning else it is a Pirate !

Bhaskar .. Goes to show I aint a blind supporter of Indiaweekly ( as others suppose that )... And nope... Look at the cover design... It clearly indicates that it is a Pirate Shemaroo Pirate ! and ppl should know abt it (wherever they may be selling it... even if that site happens to be Indiaweekly ! )

any shemaroo (MOSTLY) is pirate or replicated!!!! PERIOD

<s>sk brather is right,</s> http://www.shemaroo.com website picture has the actual cover supposedly. there are other dvds available which hasn't been even been made on DVD yet according to shemaroo, but can be found in local store. BE AWARE!!

Khatta Meeta - Rakesh Roshan
<s>Mera Desh Mera Gaon - Cover varies from the shemaroo website.</s>

In few words, AVOID ALL SHEMAROO DVDs, unless you can get it directly from india, or dont care whether it's pirated or replicated.

As indicated in one of Jolly's posts, Genuine Shemaroo DVD titles are becoming available in UK and North America. Tere Mere Sapne on Jolly's site has same picture icon as Indian Shemaroo site. If genuine Shemaroo copy is easily available, it is not anybody's worthwhile to carry a fake print claiming it to be Shemaroo.

It's possible, the pic on IW site is copied from whereever they could or may be North American Packaging is different.

If any one figures it out, please advise.
