and not just hindi. in english theatres too, it is still running!!

yeh but majority bollywood flicks are released while they are still showing at the cinema!!

DVD is usually released as to when they think they can sell the most number and not hurt the theatre ticket sales at same time.

In most cases it is released as soon as the pirate is out.

Of course in case of big movies like Devdas, they want to maximize on theatre sales as they know pirate is all over anyways.
