Maine Dil Tujhko Diya First Week

CAST: Sohail Khan, Sameera Reddy etc etc
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: Nothing unsual... poor boy falling for a rich girl.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Hmmmmmm....??? WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Sohail Khan's (mis) direction BOX-OFFICE VERDICT: It's had a good opening but its status quo at the box-office will only be known later.





Soch First Week

CAST: Sanjay Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Arbaaz Khan, Aditi Gowatrikar
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: Crime and passion
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Arbaaz Khan. He is good in parts
WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Sanjay Kapoor
BOX-OFFICE VERDICT: Had below average collections. Will not be even sustain itself in the coming weeks.





Jaani Dushman Second Week

CAST: Sunny Deol, Akshay Kumar, Aftab Shivdasani, Arshad Warshi, Manisha Koirala Etc Etc Etc Phew
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: Snakes, snakes and more snakes!.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Snakes!
WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Snakes again!!
BOX-OFFICE VERDICT: The film has done average business in the north.





Mujhse Dosti Karoge Second Week

CAST: Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: Two best friends who fall for the same man. But thick friends that they are, one is ready to give up the man for the other. But it is the poor guy who bounces back and forth like a ball, utterly confused.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: Rani Mukherjee! She looks great! WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: The story! It's done to death!
BOX-OFFICE VERDICT: The film is an average grosser.





Yeh Hai Jalwa Third Week

CAST: Salman Khan, Amisha Patel
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: A poor lad's search for his rich father.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: YAAAAWWWNNN!
WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: David Dhawan's direction

Devdas Seventh Week

CAST: Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT: A lovelorn lover called Devdas and passionate emotions for his childhood friend Paro.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: The glamorously designed sets and A-1 performances from the lead cast
WHAT NOT TO WATCH OUT FOR: The fervour of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam
BOX-OFFICE VERDICT: Hit

Nice to see Devdas has been classed a hit by B4U, but in Filmfare magazine this month it claims that Devdas Box office returns are average. Has the film grossed back it inital investment ($9 Million ) :thumbs: :keh: :oh:

actually it cost a bit more than 10 million...

box office analysts say that it will in total gross almost 70 crores...so that is around 15 million.

so its superhit :)
