So here is an upload that claims to be an extended cut of the films. This runs at 135 mins.
How long is the Bollywood Entertainment (or any other DVD) version of the film?

DEI DVD too runs for exact 2:15:45 as this youtube video.
But, youtube video has CC for 10 sec and DEI DVD run time is the same 2:15:45 even without this 10 sec CC.

From youtube, ypu can see clearly, film length as 4211.71 meters, although it's 1984 CC, 20 Yrs after initial release.
This translates to 2:33:32.

I did not check today, but if I recall it correctly, DEI Kohraa DVD was one of the few DEI DVDs that were interlaced, implying PAL to NTSC converted, so must be 4% speed up. Youtube video too is 25 fps, so that too might be 4% speed up. Assuming 4% speed shift comes to 2 hrs 21 min.

Wonder what was in 12-13 missing minutes.

Does anyone have the BEI DVD of Kohraa? Can you check if it was a DVD9 or DVD5? I have picked up an Apollo/BEI copy, and it is a DVD5, which I wasn't expecting.

I have the BEI DVD.
It's 7.75 GB (Double Layer)

BEI Kohra was PAL to NTSC converted Field Averaged Interlaced, as were most of DEI/ BEI B&W film DVDs.
