You werre right newDEEP. Came across T-Series Partner and cpmpared with EROS DVD.
EROS DVD is Film to PAL to NTSC, fully field averaged and 4% speed-up.
T-S DVD is Film to NTSC.
No film content difference between the two but as one is 4% speed-up and the other is not, T-S DVD runs 5-6 min longer.
T-S prit is sharper.

(Of course, now Partner BR is also out by EROS. This one is Film to 24 fps and hence no 4% speed-up and no field averaging nuisance. BR run time is same as T-S DVD's.)
