Did anyone notice this film released in 2013 or recall from 2003 when it was being made ??

Film was mostly shot in 2003, got stuck, released in 2013 (some scenes were re-shot). It was K C Bokadia - Bappi Lehri (famous combo of that time) film starring new actress Priyanka Chopra and Govinda.

On DVD it's released by Madhu DVD.
DVD is routine Madhu quality (it's less than 4 GB) but the print is colorful. It was nice to see Priyanka Chopra from that time and Govinda before he gained weight. Nice songs including one by Sukhvinder. Because of Kadar Khan's ill health at the release/dubbing-time, his voice is dubbed.
