Personally, I thought this was a really crappy movie (agreed, I haven't watched too many Govinda movies :) ). The DEI DVD is very good though. The source used has lots of white spots throughout, as well as some color correction problems. But the picture is pretty sharp and the sound is a decent mono.

Verdict: Good DVD for fans of this movie.

Agreed that this film wasn't too good, infact, this film is perhaps the mother of all insults to NRIs, but one thing i certainly loved in this film was the song "Jub Zero dya hai Bharat Na, Bharat na, mera bharat na..." a kick ass song! :D

The film is very old fashioned in it's morals (all NRIs are alcoholics nymphomaniacs.......well, I guess that does describe some people I know :D) but it has some wicked songs in it!!!

Bhaskar agreed...This film may have been suitable when you parents were of our age :p. However, as you have rightly pointed out, the culture depicted in the film is still prevelant in the west, and I too know of ppl who are that way.
However, I dont think any woman can be like Saira Banu ( theoretically )... Lil wonder a FOB can never end up with a ABCD/CBCD/UKBCD in a relationship meant for equals :)
What do you say ?

Note: screen shots are wrong AR - should be 4:3 - properly the PowerDVD bug that captures them at wrong AR sometimes.
