Shemarroo ( India ) is starting to ship over seas , but limited titles
here is the email they send me :

Dear Customer,

We have good news for you.

We now have a separate International movie catalogue
There are more than 120 titles in this catalogue. We can ship only these movies internationally.
Please choose your favourite movie from this list and we will courier it to you directly.



Once you write back to us which movies you would like to buy, we will send you a bill pay, you can then pay for these movies online through your credit card.

800 Indian Rupees shipping per DVD and each DVD is only 200 Rupees... This seems weird? 800 Rupees is £10 Shipping per DVD?

Nice that Shemaroo is shipping out DVD's international now. Bad part is most of the DVDs are not of the new movies. I was hoping to getting a lot of the new movies done by Shemaroo since the video quality is pretty good. Shipping is too high at RS 800 a DVD it is not worth it.

The courier charge for the first DVD order that you place would be Rs. 700, and every additional DVD would be Rs.400.

there is also this time n tune version of SHAKTI, which had the best versions of Naseeb and Coolie so far.
