Hello all,

I wish to buy the DVD for Aradhana (starring Rajesh Khanna) but was wondering which is the best label to get? It is available on these labels: Eros, Spark (UK), EVP International, Sky, and MoserBaer.

Any help and screenshots would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

EVP Aradhana is the best by long shot if you are lucky enough to get the original version (I think there were no subtitles in that version) that was Progressive.
If you go for the subtitled version, as I recall, it became Pseudo Progressive due to subtitles insertion but is still better than other brands.

Progressive: Basically, each video frame has picture from one film frame which is norm for Film to NTSC or for Film to PAL conversions.

Unfortunately, it's a norm for Indian DVD companies now, to field average video frames. Meaning, one video frame has images from multiple film frames and hence blurred (or multi pictures) motion (check pause any fast action scene).
