Thanks Rana!! for taking all this time to sum up the threads!!
Now here is my take:
I was finaly finaly able to find, SUPER DIGITAL version dvd of Thakshak, as mentioned in ali's review containing, making and sub titles.
1.Original VS dvd with no sub titles, reviewed by ali, authored by media dimension has prog video but pseudo 5.1, huge unfavour to this sound track..but it is pretty loud..others good sound tracks gone down the drain this way, esp One two ka four by SD themselves, who screwed up that dvd hugely.
2. Revised version of VS dvd Thakshak, was authored by SD, making, sub titles were added and defying norm this time, stayed PROG and does have TRUE 5.1 sound indeed.Other SD dvds who were authored for VS prog and have excellent 5.1 was TJCG and LKLKBK.
3. Nayak dvd by VS was authored by media dimension, bomb dvd always, not prog and did not have 5.1 sound.
so here:

I also have the Media Dimensions version and though the DD 5.1 sounds good on first impression, there is no channel seperation! Dialogues and everything else can be heard through all five speakers throughout the film. Maybe occasionally a sense of channel seperation is "felt" because the music etc. does sound reasonably good, and the bass is also decent.
Just checked it !
is absolute truth.
and statement by ali, was presumption , I guess based on his previous long experience by these wanka companies, screwing up history:

Sunnyaudit and Akki was right - third test, watched about 20 mins of the film and you can hear dialog from all speakers. The sound is certainly deceiving and it's not proper DD5.1 - sorry for the misinformation. I'll modify the preview accordingly.
They still seems to be 2 version of Thakshak on release; one without any subtitles which was the first release and the other with subtitles and making of feature as advertised by superdvd.com – also the one kishan has. I reckon picture and sound will be the same on the second version.
Ali
ali, bhaii expected, first release with no sub titles, being PSEUDO 5.1 but in absence of having second version on hand, he could not conclusively comment.
But to stay corrected:
SECOND RELESE WITH SUB TITLES, MAKING, AUTHORED BY SD indeed HAS TRUE 5.1 SOUND>
