weg now started using anamorphic transfers looks like tips is the only one left to learn
the print is just a little bit better than their other releases. the 5.1 sound is ok nothing great. the movie was just ok jism was better. their is a special feature for a music video( i didnt check it yet) t.v. trailors and the cinema trailor. some of their forth comings are shri devi's mere bewi ke jawab nahin and shart. Also you get a free poster of paap and they are calling this dvd a collectors edition. but the cover looks good.

IMO, this DVD by WEG has better picture quality than there previous releases such as JISM. WEG has 2 sound tracks on this DVD, DD5.1 and 2 channel Stereo. When was the last time an Indian Hindi DVD author gave us that option, I sure can't remember. The DD5.1 sound track is pretty good. The rear speakers are used through out the movie and not just during the songs!!

IMO, WEG has come a long way from the days it authored movies such as JISM which featured only 2 channel sound tracks. Unfortunately, it still has a long way to go before their products can be considered reference quality!!!

This after I just watched a T-Series 'Hawaayein' DVD, which was Letterboxed with quite watchable video quality and a decent real 5.1 soundtrack. Hey I know the stupid T-Series logo was still there and yeah the video is not anamorphic and no it's not progressive, but come on this is T-Series we are talking about, the one's that made the classically horrible Kaante DVD.

Really, what is this world coming to. Maybe there is still hope for Indian DVDs. Nottttttttttt.....

Yes, Ali Azmat's Garaj Baras video is on the Paap DVD. I think there are 2 version, a regular version and a remix/club version.

Just a reminder. Hawaayein DVD in North America is progressive, anamorphic, DD 5.1 and is done by BEI for ---.
