does anyone have the facilities/know-how to rip and burn dch onto two dvd-rs (pre-intermission on one, post-intermission on the second)? i'm sure you'll find a lot of customers here on zulm.

I too have experienced this.
I was watching Hum Dil De on BE and was amazed and thrilled with the DVD quality. But the scene in which the family finds out that sameer and nandini are in love, started freezing and it froze all the way to the marriage scene, leaving me depressed. :'(
