In general do Shemaroo DVDs have better PQ than EROS??
What's the consensus??
Many EROS DVDs are anamorphic and Shemaroo aren't.

3)
If we find Shemaroo DVDs in general are better than EROS, then the answer may be:

a) Source.

b) Do EROS DVDs authored by Shemaroo go through Shemaroo Cinetel mastering suite?? Or, may be Shemaroo just does the authoring from EROS supplied source. We have seen in many DVDs (not neccessarily EROS) where a junk VHS had been used to make DVD.

Mine I could not read completely besides shemaroo..but there was 57 at one end and 28 at other end, and yes it did say L1..that I thought meant double layer(single called L0)!!

I'll posting my cover today along with disc and insert! and my apology on concentrating it does look a bit different from shemaroo site cover but disc looks the same!

Arsh's cover clearly says, "Ultimate Enhanced Version". Obviously it's the new version/ encoding.

Most of us have the old version which has field averaging and the new version is Pseudo-prog (every 5th field is repeated field).

Mystery solved.

Now the next one:
Some of us have Shri 420 which has a 'VHS insert' type glitch. Some discs don't have that.

Yes, DragunR2, My Pakeezah disc and the insert are the same as yours. The older version.

Yaar!! rana, i bought this DVD not very long ago!!

I was offered, gold border one, that I did not accept!

Now, pulling the old stock out of market? Good and Bad!!

If ut would have happen, we will never be able to COLLECT DEI JEWELS, LOL!

Notice, what I said about these two DVDs. They had no iserts. Does it make them un-official discs and will the PQ be better if some one picked up DVDs with insets in place?? Does presence of insert indicate it to be Official disc??

If some one gets these discs, I would like to hear from them about the PQ impressions.

BTW!! can u pls confirm? If all of ur Kajaal/APK/Bullet etc has Shemaroo on the disc ring???
