yeah, but considering the audio-visual quality of the dvds, i can overlook their attitudes.. although, as you say, their dvd quality had been going down, so.. well, i'll just say i wish we still had the DEI in its prime. :)

Agree with you Chebji - well I can sit here be very critical of company that doesn’t allegedly exist anymore - but end of say I wouldn’t give up them few master DVDs that DEI did do. HDDCS, Fiza, KNPH, Don, Deewaar to name a few are still some of the best Indian DVDs made which I doubt anyone like Eros & YRF can match.

I'm happy that DEI presents their anamorphic movies and 5.1 movies correctly (excluding squashing problems) even their songs' DVDs.

If you see Shemaroo, they crop their widescreen movies for songs DVDs. Even convert original 5.1-->mono-->pseudo 5.1
