This intend to be an open letter to BIG Home Video.

Of course, they are good at DVDs, but they have messed up BIG, this time.
They have released DVD of ROBOT (Hindi Version). But, the film is cropped heavily, from both sides.
Here you go with the relevant screen shots for reference.

Scene - 1
Tamil Version:

Hindi Version:

Scene - 2

This is sheer cheating with customers, and this needs to be addressed. Either you release properly, or better don't release.
I don't know, why have they chopped it up ??
Can any person from BHV explain this ??

This DVD is a complete disgrace. The AR looks to be around 2:1 (this is just an visual estimation, not measured in any way). The songs aren't subtitled, and the less said about the picture quality the better. Considering they have taken so long to release this DVD, there is no excuse. All the DVDs I've seen of films released this year (No-one Killed Jessica, Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji) have much, much better quality than this.

When official companies release DVDs like this, they have NO right to complain about piracy.

Hi everyone!

Been a while since I've been here.

I had a question. The Ayngaran (?) DVD9 has TELUGU audio which is DUBBED, correct?

BHV DVD9 has HINDI audio which I know is DUBBED...

Therefore, IF this movie was ORIGINALLY shot in Tamil (audio language), where is THAT DVD9?

Welcome back Bhaii sahab:)

Now you are to rescue, I just saw untouched telugu bluray posted online with this note:Resolution: 1920 x 816  AR does not seem wholesome either.

Can you take a look at it?

I think only way to rescue is if some one a master like you can add hindi soundtrack to Ayangran DVD 9( the best out there) or to Ayangran bluray if that will be any good???? Extreme disappointment:(
