Legal or illegal, insist and go for the EROS-DEI version. You can't go wrong. I hope you still can find this version. Good Luck.

I’d go with Rana - find the Eros/DEI mastered DVD although not brilliant will be much better than alternate Eros versions. Here are some shots from the Eros/DEI DVD – cropped 1.85:1, non-anamorphic, mono sound;

brather.. did you see daraar or yaraana? if you did, then take time to watch this movie. it's not filmy (first 15-20 minutes maybe), it's quite serious and if you like drama. you will like it.

Nata Patekar at his best, I must say. scene of him reminded of some dialogues..

NP asks his employee holding a handkerchief on his face. employee responded saying it smells. NP got mad and says, strange, it smells and when i returned home each night to my wife, she never complained; with this we make a living. if you find it so offensive, then go work a agarbatti factory - you're fired.

bravo! that reminds me of NP mouthing excellent dialogoes written by gulzar in Wajood. Plus watch Nana's Yugpurush!

never compare him to his CARICATURE in Welcome though! and Ab Talak Chapan was unremarkable! It is ironical, how a bad role and director can push an outstanding actor down to trash!
